Our approach
Most outplacement is transactional. A login, a CV template, a webinar library. People leave feeling like a CV to be reformatted, not a person in transition. We built Re-Launch because the moment between roles is too important, and too human, for that.
We work in small cohorts with credentialled coaches, real wellbeing support, and a long view on what comes next. People leave with a network they can lean on, not just a new CV. The outcome we care about isn't a faster placement. It's the right one.

Twenty-plus years as a senior HR practitioner and an accredited executive coach, with an MSc in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork. Alice has worked at the sharp end of global technology businesses, from a 19-country collaboration software company to a private equity-backed spin-off, where people decisions and commercial decisions are the same conversation. She has led people strategy and difficult transitions across technology, financial services and professional services, and has supported consulting teams delivering technology programmes for public sector clients. She built Re-Launch around one belief that the way someone is supported through a transition shapes the leader they become next.
Co-founder · Commercial & Operations
Twenty-five years as a senior operations leader, with an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Remi has run operations at the top of international broadcasting, as a VP at Viacom International Media Networks and Senior Director at A+E Networks UK, managing budgets of up to £35m and teams of more than 100 across multiple markets. Since 2016 he has worked as a strategic advisor and fractional COO to organisations from PwC to early-stage ventures and built businesses of his own. He has been on both sides of redundancy, making the difficult calls as a leader and later rebuilding his own working life on new terms. He brings the commercial, governance and risk lens to Re-Launch, making sure every programme stands up to the scrutiny of the CFO and General Counsel, not just the heart.
